Mr. Ahmed Chinoy (Chairman/Director)

Mr. Ahmed Chinoy, the directors of AKD REIT Management Company Ltd. Mr. Ahmed received his degree of Cost and Management Accountancy (C&MA) from ICMAP, having a dynamic and versatile career of more than 25 years in diverse fields, which includes Chief of Citizens Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) at Sindh Governor House; he has also served as Justice of Peace and First Class Magistrate (HON) for the province of Sindh. Furthermore, He is also the member of the Business Development Group, responsible for the betterment of PAK-US relations. Aside from these achievements Mr. Ahmed Chinoy has been the proud recipient of the Presidential Award of Sitara-e-Imtiaz (S.I.) awarded on 23rd March, 2007 and Hilal-e-Imtiaz (H.I.) awarded on 14th August 2012

Mr. Muhammad Yasin (CEO/Director)

Mr. Muhammad Yasin, the CEO of AKD REIT Management Company Ltd, has overall professional experience of over 30 years in construction and financial services, in his career he holds the position of director in AKD City (Pvt.) Limited and Creek Developers (Pvt.) Limited and Project Director of Madinawala’s Construction, Islamabad. He also delivers his services as Managing Partner of Madinawala’s Construction, Karachi and Karim Housing Enterprises.

Mr. Aurangzeb Ali Naqvi (Director)

Mr. Aurangzeb Ali Naqvi, the Director of AKD REIT Management Company and currently he is serving as Chief Executive Officer in Oil & Gas Investments Limited and AKD Hospitality Limited. In his professional career he also served as Director of AKD Investments Management Company Ltd, and Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd. Moreover, he holds vast experience of Oil and Gas Sector, held various Positions in reputable companies including Pakistan Petroleum Limited, Union Texas Pakistan, Nuricon Union, and Petroleum Development Oman-shell.

Mr. Javaid Ahmad Malik

Mr. Javaid Ahmad Malik, the Director of AKD REIT Management Company Ltd, currently he is serving as Project Manager at Creek Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. He is MSc (Environmental Science) from Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma (Science & Technologies policies) Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro Sindh. He has vast experience in Real Estate in Pakistan spread over 32 years. He is Certified Director under Director Training Programme 2019 of ICMAP.

Mr. Nasir Rizwan Hashmi

Mr. Nasir Rizwan Hashmi, is Chief Operating Officer (Projects) at AKD Securities (Pvt) Ltd. He has Master’s Degree in Aviation Management from Emby-Riddle Aeronautical University, and Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Emby-Riddle Aeronautical University. He has vast experience in aviation of over 28 years, prior to joining AKD Group, he was also associated with Axon 313 Sdn Bhd- a MSC Status Multimedia Company of Malaysia as a part owner; COO and also served Pakistan CAA for over 18 years.

Ms. Uzma Piracha

Ms. Uzma Piracha, the Independent Director of AKD REIT Management Company Ltd. Ms Piracha holds the position of director in AKD Hospitality Limited. She has Graduating from the Civil Services Academy as an Officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS). She has served in Karachi and Islamabad as Assistant Commissioner and Project Manager.

Mr. Muhammad Faisal Khan

Muhammad Faisal Khan is associated with Oceanic Group of Companies as Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his role as CFO he is responsible for the operational, regulatory and compliance matters. He is also on the Board of Directors of Unique Reinsurance Brokers (Pvt) Limited. Prior to this he had been associated as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with TMT Ventures Limited and AKD REIT Management Company Limited. He is well conversant with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and International Accounting Standards (IAS), Pakistan’s banking, corporate law and tax administration, preparing budgets and forecasting cash flow. He effectively manages department performing result-oriented tasks. He is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Fellow member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants
